Nuestro blog se titula "la letra 15" porque la eñe (ñ / Ñ) es la decimoquinta letra del alfabeto español.
Es una consonante nasal y palatal: nasal, porque al pronunciarla el aire sale por la nariz; y palatal, porque la pronunciamos apoyando la parte trasera o media de la lengua contra el paladar.
